1. Scope
This policy applies to the public pages, configuration pages and control panel on cloudddr.com. It covers information handled when browsing service details, registering or signing in to an account, placing an order, viewing bills, managing a machine or submitting a support ticket. CloudDDR provides dedicated server rentals and related management services using the information needed for these processes.
This policy distinguishes service administration records from data stored on a machine. Account email addresses, order configurations, bills and support tickets are part of the service process. Applications, files, databases and backups deployed by customers on their machines are managed by the customers themselves. The scope of responsibility for machine data is described in Section 5.
The laws applicable to this policy are those of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established. Any related dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction. Questions about information handling can be submitted through a control panel ticket. If account access is unavailable, the contact email listed on this page can be used.
2. Information collected
Account processes involve the registration email address, account details and information needed for sign-in and account verification. The email address is used to identify the account and send verification codes and service notices. Account holders should keep their email address accessible and review editable account details in the control panel.
Ordering and billing processes involve the selected server model, memory tier, additional drives, bandwidth, extra IPv4 addresses, operating system, billing period, and the corresponding order and billing records. These configuration records confirm the rental details, link machines to accounts, and support verification of amounts due for the current period and subsequent subscription records.
Support tickets may include a problem description, a related order or machine, error details, and any attachments or logs submitted. Submitted materials should be limited to what is needed to diagnose the issue. They should not include business database contents, unrelated personal information, full passwords, private keys or other access credentials.
3. How information is used
CloudDDR uses account and order information to identify the services associated with an account, provision and manage machines according to confirmed orders, and display related configurations, order statuses and billing records in the control panel. Account verification helps confirm that sign-in or account changes are requested by the account holder.
Billing information is used to calculate order totals, associate payment results with orders, keep billing records, and manage renewals and subscriptions according to the selected billing period. Settlement is in USD; the available configuration and amount due are confirmed on the configuration page. This policy does not replace an order quote.
Support ticket contents are used to investigate technical issues, check billing matters and process requests to correct information. The registered email address is also used for service notices about account verification, orders, subscriptions and support tickets. Information submitted for troubleshooting should relate to the reported issue.
4. Payment information
Payments are handled using the methods listed on the configuration page, where available options are shown before payment is confirmed. Information required by the relevant payment service during checkout is governed by the payment interface and its instructions. Payment channels are not fixed in this general notice.
CloudDDR keeps order and billing records and associates payment results with the relevant orders to identify payment status, show payment records and handle billing tickets. Order configuration, the amount due and payment status are separate records; placing an order does not mean that payment has been completed.
For a billing query, a ticket can include the order number, relevant bill and a description of the issue. Payment account passwords, complete payment credentials and verification codes should not be sent in tickets or email. Sensitive information requested by a payment interface should be entered only in the relevant payment flow.
5. Data on machines
Applications, files, databases, system settings and business logs stored on a machine are managed by the customer, who is also responsible for arranging backups. Service administration records are not a substitute for backing up business data. Orders and machine details in the control panel are not backups of data stored on a machine.
The two included 1TB NVMe drives are independent, directly attached disks with no hardware RAID. Having two disks does not mean that mirroring or other redundancy has been configured. Software RAID, ZFS mirroring and off-site backups should be configured as needed for the business, and the files and keys required for recovery should be checked for availability.
When business logs are needed for troubleshooting, unrelated personal information, tokens and credentials should be removed before submitting the necessary excerpts. CloudDDR is responsible for hardware and network; customers are responsible for the operating system and data, including backups. Submitting a support ticket does not change this division of responsibility.
6. Cookies and logs
The site uses cookies or local storage to support sign-in state and language preferences. Sign-in information helps maintain an authenticated session, while language preferences remember the page language selected. These functions are separate from the storage of business data on machines.
Cookies and local storage can be managed or cleared in the browser. Clearing sign-in state may require the account to be verified again; clearing language preferences may require a language to be selected again. If the browser restricts these storage features, control panel functions that rely on a session may not work as expected.
Access and security logs help monitor page and interface requests, troubleshoot faults and identify unusual access. They may include source IP addresses, request times, access paths, browser information and request results. Logs are not a channel for submitting sensitive business information. Passwords, private keys and business data should not be included in page addresses or query parameters.
7. Information sharing
Information is shared only to the extent needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements or address abuse. For example, relevant transaction records may be processed to associate orders with payment results. Information about the affected machine and issue may be needed to investigate hardware or network problems.
When handling information requests required by law, CloudDDR verifies their scope under applicable requirements and provides only the information needed. To address abuse such as spam, cyberattacks or infringement, it may be necessary to review relevant machines, addresses, complaint materials and response records to investigate the issue and communicate through a support ticket.
Attachments sent through support tickets or email are also covered by this policy. Before submitting troubleshooting materials, unrelated personal information should be removed. Only the details needed to explain the error, relevant timing and affected service should be included; complete business data should not be sent as a general troubleshooting attachment.
8. Access and corrections
Account holders can sign in to the control panel to view account details, orders and billing records, and edit account information where an edit option is available. To report inaccurate information, question the attribution of a record or make another privacy request, submit a support ticket through the control panel.
Requests should identify the type of information involved, any related order or record, and the information to be reviewed or corrected. Further verification of account ownership may be required to prevent account information from being disclosed to an unverified requester. Records relating to billing, service delivery or legal requirements are reviewed as needed for the relevant process.
If the control panel cannot be accessed, an email can be sent to support@cloudddr.com describing the issue. The registered email address and relevant order number may be included, but account passwords, verification codes and machine access credentials should not be sent. Privacy, technical and billing requests can all be handled through this email address or a control panel ticket.
